SDA can install it's software at a client's facility or host the application for a client. Costs are based on the amount of server space needed.

• Redundancy is achieved with PIX 515 failover technology. Multi Line Redundancy from ISP to two Cisco 3640 routers.
• ISP connection is 10mb burstable to 100mb. Annual penetration tests are performed.
• SDA has a 99% historic up time.
• All pertinent critical updates to networking devices and OS securities are monitored through automatic updates and CERT.org automated alerts
• The live servers are in one location. Back ups are sent to a second location.
