Licensing

SDA charges a one time licensing fee per product. Please contact sales@sdassets.com for pricing.

Maintenance

The annual maintenance fee includes one upgrade per year plus technical support for any glitches stemming from the software and administrative support for up to five administrators. All new clients must sign a two-year maintenance agreement and upgrade each year, SDA can only support it's current version. Other charges could include needs analysis, business case development, installation, customization, digital services and/or customer support.

Customization

SDA will add new functionality if the functionality can be worked into the system.
