Customer Support

If you have a large group of users that will need 24/7 support, SDA can provide round the clock phone and email support. Customer support is not included in the maintenance agreement.

Administrative Support

The maintenance agreement allows for phone and email support of up to 5 administrators. This does not include expenses incurred for on-site visits. If there are more than 5 administrators, you may expand your maintenance contract to include additional people.

Technical Support

Included in the maintenance contract is technical support to fix any and all bugs at any time. Periodically SDA will release fixes to all clients, finding glitches is an ongoing process. If SDA is not hosting the application, technical support does not include hardware support.
